Introduction

Students need an introduction explaining what they have been asked to do. They would state whom has asked them to do and what they are seeking to improve.

Identifying the problem

In this section students need to look at the following

• How the old system worked
• What books they are using
• Problems of using old system
• How I can help solve these problems?
• What system I will use and the benefits of this system
• Who the user is going to be
• Finally, the objectives

First of all, students will need to come up with reasons about why they are doing this spreadsheet.

They should list the problems they may have in their own words ready to type up in the 'identify' section of the course work.
